Shipping & Returns



Pearl Boutique ships UPS ground from our store in Fernandina Beach, FL or from locations in Raleigh, North Carolina. or Charleston, South Carolina. Our goal is to ship all orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders placed after 3pm and on weekends will ship the following day. For orders not shipped within 2 business days you will receive an email from us with the status of your order. We will not charge your card until we ship your items. Occasionally an item will be unavailable and we will let you know as soon as possible so you can either cancel the item or substitute it for a similar item.
FREE shipping on purchased over $125. Flat rate shipping of $9 for purchases under $125.

Online Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your selection, we will gladly exchange or issue a refund or store credit for the value of full price merchandise within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be in new condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.  Pearl has the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

Items marked as final sale, sale items, earrings, adhesive bras, undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits are FINAL SALE.  No price adjustments for previously purchased items.

Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels attached.  Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.

The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping.  Please allow up to 7 business days for Pearl to receive and process your return.  If you prefer to exchange your items, we will send a replacement as soon as the original item is received and processed. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
This return policy is applicable for online purchases only and does not apply to in-store purchases.
